| Should your business apply?
| You should consider applying for Platinum Club membership if your business has:
• integrated environmental sustainability into all areas and levels
• made a long-term commitment to improving sustainability in all business activities
• achieved outstanding business sustainability leadership within your industry.

|
|
| The application is divided into five parts, corresponding to the five key Platinum Club membership criteria:
| Criterion 1.
| Industry standards and leadership – tell us how your business is a leader in environmental sustainability for its size and industry.
| Criterion 2.
| Environmental and financial savings – demonstrate how your business has achieved significant reductions in water use, electricity use and waste production, and tell us how this was achieved.
| Criterion 3.
| Staff and management involvement – show us how you have integrated environmental sustainability into all levels of your business.
| Criterion 4.
| Community achievements – tell us how your community benefits from your business’s efforts to protect our environment.
| Criterion 5.
| Environmental program participation/accreditation – tell us about environmental programs and initiatives that your business participates in.

| Is your business eligible for membership?
| 1. Application is only open to currently registered Grow Me The Money Victorian Participants and only those participating sites operating within Victoria. If you are a Grow Me The Money Mentor only, you will need to also register as a Participant.
| 2. All sustainability achievements outlined in your application must have been undertaken between 25 February 2006 and 25 February 2008.
| 3. Your business must have tracked, or have access to historical data about, water use, energy use and waste production for at least one year prior to starting resource saving activities. This may have been done this using the Grow Me The Money Workplace Assessments, or using your own method.

| How to apply
| 1. Applicants must complete the Grow Me The Money Platinum Club application form. Please contact the Grow Me The Money Helpdesk on 1800 309 650 for an application form or to discuss whether your business should apply for Platinum Club. The Helpdesk can also help you complete your application and answer any queries you may have.
| 2. Email the completed application form and any supporting evidence to Grow Me The Money at

| 3. Please read the Conditions of Application (listed at the end of the application form) and indicate your agreement before submission.

| The judging process
| The Platinum Club judging panel will consist of Grow Me The Money staff, Environmental Protection Authority staff, Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry staff and eventually, Platinum Club members themselves.
| Platinum Club entry is not automatic. The panel reserves the right to award membership based on the evidence provided in your application.
| If you are accepted as a Platinum Club Member, Grow Me The Money will ask for a brief written submission every 12 months to assess your suitability for continued membership.
