The following terms and conditions govern the terms of your registration and participation in the Grow Me The Money Program (GMTM Program). You are encouraged to read these terms and conditions completely and carefully. The terms “we” and “us” as used in these terms and conditions refer to the Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI).

1. Eligibility to register as a Participant or Mentor
|
1.1 Businesses operating in Victoria are eligible to register their operations at a nominated Victorian site (Nominated Site) in the GMTM Program.
|
1.2 Your registration and participation in the GMTM Program must by authorised by a senior officer. By registering a site in the GMTM Program, you warrant that you have the necessary authorisations to do so.
|
2. Environmental compliance*
|
2.1 You may only register and participate in the GMTM Program if the operations at the Nominated Site are fully compliant with Victorian and Commonwealth environmental legislation (Environmentally Compliant).
|
2.2 While you are Environmentally Compliant, you can receive the benefits of a full membership of the GMTM Program, which includes entry to the GMTM Recognition Program.
|
2.3 If at any time you become aware that you are no longer Environmentally Compliant, you must immediately cease to:
(a) hold yourself out to the public as a participant in the GMTM Program;
(b) represent that operations at the Nominated Site are registered in the GMTM Program; and
(c) utilise GMTM copyright material, including GMTM logos.

2.4 You must also notify us of your non-compliance as soon as possible.
|
2.5 If the Nominated Site is not Environmentally Compliant, you will be permitted limited participation in the GMTM Program until such time as you become Environmentally Compliant. During this time you will have access to GMTM Program tools and the helpdesk to assist you to become Environmentally Compliant, but you will not be permitted to represent that you, or operations at the Nominated Site, are participating in the GMTM Program nor will you be permitted to utilise GMTM copyright material including GMTM logos. You will also be ineligible to join the GMTM Recognition Program and receive marketing material.

2.6 Change of status from Environmentally Compliant to non-compliant and vice versa does not affect the operation of these terms and conditions.

*Please Note - Environmental Compliance means that you are complying with the environmental regulation relevant to your business and you are not in breach of any environmental laws. This may not be relevant to many businesses. See the legislation section of the website for more information. 3. General
|
3.1 You must inform us of any change of name, address or other details as soon as possible after the change occurs.
|
3.2 We may at any time in our sole discretion, without advance notice, alter or amend these terms and conditions.
|
3.3 We may at any time in our sole discretion alter or amend any aspect of the GMTM Program. We will notify you of any changes to the GMTM Program as soon as is possible.
|
3.4 On registering with the GMTM Program, we may conduct random site visits at the Nominated Site, at a mutually convenient time, to ensure accurate reporting of progress and achievements.

4. Privacy
|
4.1 You agree that any personal information provided to us may be stored and used by us to track your financial results and improvements in efficiency of resources, for research, marketing and promotional purposes and for general administration of the GMTM Program.

4.2 You consent to us passing on your details to the Environmental Protection Authority Victoria, our GMTM Program partner, for the purpose of ascertaining Environmental Compliance. We may also disclose your personal information to our information technology providers, database service providers and other service providers in order to conduct the GMTM Program.

4.3 You agree that whilst you are Environmentally Compliant, your name may be published on the GMTM Program website subject to your approval.
|
4.4 We respect the privacy of individuals’ personal information. Accordingly whenever we collect and handle personal information we will do so in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and Information Privacy Principles. This includes, if requested, the provision of access to an individual, or their authorised or legal representative, to any personal information we hold on them. Additionally, upon request, a copy of our Privacy Policy can be provided.

4.5 Information provided to us by you will be stored on a secure server, however, it remains your responsibility to keep secure your login number, password and any other security information.
