GROW ME THE MONEY FOREST

After you register as a participating business or Mentor in the Grow Me The Money program, you will undertake program activities. We will acknowledge your efforts - each completed activity earns you a certain number of points.

For example, simply registering your business with Grow Me The Money earns you 1000 points! Completing our Visual Inspection Activity is also worth 1000 points. It’s that easy. The best part is - the more effort you put into activities, the more benefits for your business and the environment.

Points earned translate into trees planted in your honour by environmental company Greenfleet. Each 5000 points earned through completed activities is worth one tree! When you log into the Grow Me The Money website, there is an updated tally of how many trees you have earned in your My HQ section.

Many participating businesses find that knowing their trees are being planted is a source of motivation and encourages pride amongst staff. However, the trees are an incentive and an indication of your business’ progress with Grow Me The Money - not a carbon offsetting activity.

Any carbon credits that may be earned through tree planting remain with Greenfleet, who has been paid by Grow Me The Money to plant the trees. Any carbon credits earned by Greenfleet will be recycled back into their not-for-profit organisation.

We aim to plant trees in one area but this is not always possible. Trees may be planted on separate properties and not as an actual ‘forest’ as such.
